Hi Team,

Unfortunately because of my work schedule, I won't be able to make it to any of the Thursday meetings. However I'll be happy to work on aspects of the conference that I can do from home. Seeing that the conference is in a little over 2 months, do we have a theme that we want to go with? I can start whipping up some flyer, postcard, etc designs that we can start using to promote the event.
