How are the path coverage scores determined? I understand that 1 signifies that the path is likely present, and 0 means that the path is not present. However, what does the report say when a path has a score of 0.5? How is this score determined?
Is it simply taking all of the located reactions, and dividing over the total number of key reactions? I assume that they will not include the non-key reactions (denoted by "-")????
