Just a reminder that the UDS/Grads production of Macbeth goes up next
week on Thursday 23 January, at the New Fortune Theatre in the Arts
Building at the University of Western Australia.

There are performances on the following dates: January 23-25, 29-31,
February 1, 5-8. Tickets are $12/$8 and bookings can be made on
3993455. It's a *very* good idea to make a booking as hundreds of
tickets have already been sold and some nights will be sold out.

If you're unfamiliar with Shakespeare's plays this is a good one to
start with, as it's short, fast-paced, full of excitement and easy to
follow. WS was in top form when he wrote this later in his career, so
it's well-edited and not too wordy. The New Fortune Theatre is an
Elizabethan-style open-air theatre which lends itself well to a
production of this nature, and the audience is very close to the
action.

If you want more information, have a look at the Macbeth website on
the Web at http://www.iinet.net.au/~parallax/macbeth.html

Cheers,

Tim Richards.
