This last one from Routledge is definitely unabridged but it has a list
price of $1,500! I've been unable to ascertain whether the Everyman or the
Penguin or the Modern Library are complete. I've also been led to believe
the version edited by J. B. Bury is the best. I read the "Landmarks Guide to
Thucydides" edited by Robert B. Strassler, which I found excellent - is
there a version of Decline and Fall that has been reworked likewise?
Is there anyone that can recommend me an unabridged version Decline and
Fall?
/Thanks

Project Gutenberg has the work ("1845 edition with Rev. Milman's
footnotes and prefaces"), if you can handle either reading it on a
screen or printing it out in all its glory... See at:

My Everyman is complete - about 500 pages per volume,
tending to more in the later ones. Additional notes by
Oliphant Smeaton, not enormously useful.

I doubt if you will get it for less than the Routledge! But
yes, it is the professional's standby. (Or have I seen a
reprint lately?)
I suppose one might do it in booklet format, but it would be a huge
effort. I'd buy a copy.
All the best,
