Thanks Mark,

Humanity Road, Inc. would like to participate in Exercise 24 in
September. We will be providing volunteers to staff the drill from an
online perspective to educate the public on where aid may be found to
1) Survive, 2) Sustain and 3) Reunite with loved ones. We are looking
forward to using any new tools that may be available and I would
recommend we schedule training for our volunteers for those tools in
early September. We already use Skype in our daily response.

We would like to suggest 'drill' users be established in twitter and
facebook during the drill. This is something we have done for our
internal training drills in order to emulate public response and
identify simulated initial and secondary events and urgent needs being
found by the public. It allows us to train volunteers on how to
verify facts from rumor and identify a 'reliable source' from an
'official' and an 'unknown' source during disaster. I will be glad to
assist with that area of drill planning if someone has not already
undertaken that task. I am looking forward to working with all of
you.
