Humanists Celebrate the Solstice

Our December meeting falls on the Winter Solstice: Wednesday, December 21, 2016.  As a special holiday event, we will be meeting at the Community Room in the Panera Bread restaurant at Waterworks Mall on Freeport Road in Aspinwall, from 7:00 PM (note time) to 9:00 PM.  If you haven't been there, Panera is near the end of the mall where the theater and Giant Eagle are.

This maybe the most important meeting of the Humanist Group you ever attend!  We will be discussing the future of the Humanist Group and the Humanist Community of Pittsburgh, with particular consideration of a proposal to merge our group with the local chapter of the Center for Inquiry (the historical home of secular humanism).  An unparalleled representation by local Humanist luminaries is expected, and this is your chance to meet them.  See you there!
