mobile web app

I really like this project. Over at pollwatchusa.org we have been planning on using location-based crowdsourcing for democratizing the reporting of election irregularities. It looks like you guys have built something that I was working on for the backend. The challenge for me has been to find a reasonable way of allowing watchdog organizations to create polls, customize the questions and layout, and so on, from the CMS interface. So I created a DSL in Ruby to layout the mobile web app, but I could use your platform as well if you build support for mobile web apps, and if there is good documentation and API. I can contribute to an open source project as well, if you guys go in that direction.
