At Triumph International we have a vacancy for the position of HR Executive.

Triumph International belongs to the global players in the lingerie sector, a multi-facetted product palette that is sold in more than 120 countries all around the globe. Triumph manages and controls the whole value chain from design to distribution and sales via own or partner retail outlets.

Working hours - 08:00 am – 6:00 pm
Work off - Saturday & Sunday
Location - Bandra West, Mumbai
Reporting to  - Manager - Human Resources Business Partner

Job Responsibilities -

Talent Acquisition:

Ensuring the Job approval and requisitions are approved as per the budget.

Ensure that the joining formalities are completed for all the sales advisors.

Collection of documents including address proof, identity proof and other required documents at the time of joining.

Plan the induction for new joinee’s and induct employees.

Preparing Sales Advisor confirmation letters and extension letters.

 

Payroll Management:

Tracking the attendance of sales team and consolidating it on monthly basis.

Collating Sales Advisors Manual attendance and Head Count match.

Verifying Sales Advisors Requisition form.

Preparing payroll reports like Attrition, Salary received, Salary input, LOP etc.   

 

Statutory Compliances:

Ensure the department’s compliance with all required legal guidelines.

Prepare and audit checklist of all applicable statutory laws and the compliance status.

To ensure disciplinary process is followed – initiate disciplinary action against any misconduct as and when required.

 

Performance Management:

Rolling out the PMS and training employees on the process.

Ensuring all PMS forms collected, consolidating the rating,

Collect the acknowledged copy  signed letters.

 

HRIS:

Maintain employee data base.

Maintain employee personnel files.

 

Full & Final:

Ensure collection of final dues and preparation of full and final settlements for sales advisors OTIF.

Ensuring the payment is done on time and sent out receipt of no dues is received for all F&F cleared.

Issue experience and relieving letters.

 

Employee Engagement:

Involve the employees in various cultural/ festive celebrations.

Define rewards and recognition program as per the industry requirements, implement the program, make the visibility high and monitor the results.

 

Requirement
A post graduate degree with specialization in Human Resources and 2 - 3 years of experience.
Sound knowledge in HR operations and excellent personnel management skills
