Dear All,
As you know, dussehra celebrates at the end of the navratri festival i.e. 10th day of the Navratri is called as Vijayadasami (Dussehra ). Navratri starting from 5th October & if we calculate the 10 days from 5th October, Vijayadasami comes on 14th October so many ppl saying dussehra is on 14th October . But as per the panchang tithi this year dussehra is on ninth day of navarastri instead of 10th day . So actually Dussehra is on 13th October.

Though it’s nun of my business to tell you anything on the tone of the mail,
I am also able to understand what you though would have been before you wrote this mail,but though we share the same profession it’s good that we write mails in a tone which reflects and resonates our profession HR and not otherwise.
The tone of the mail is very rude.
For Jyoti and others ,
As discussed in the beginning of the mailer group please ensure that the mails that are shared are informative or for seeking help on real HR related issues or may be on new or best practice sharing etc.
My though is that if any one of has an issue or a question that you want advice or help on, you sould not only post your question … put through your thoughts as in what would you see as a best solution and then seak for recommendations
…..coz I or others may not know how your organization is structured or how it functions, hence all the replys or solution may not fit the bill or solve your query.
There are many things that I have observed in the chain mails and I feel like writing in,,,,, but then I stop my self thinking that there is no point telling or suggestion, which could be because of various reasons again.
My request to all is that use this as an opportunity to know different aspects of HR and new learnings not as personal communication or some went out mailer session of emotions.
We are suppose to be future HR leaders, if we are not able to understand that how this group can help each other to reach or achieve what each one of would have planed for ourselves then what’s the point of knowing all of you who must be at varrious critical/important responsible designations with more than 10-15 years or ones who would be role modle to various in their own organisations.
I remember all of us also requested to form what’s app group and BB groups… till date I have not even seen any lucrative thing being discussed in that group. it’s become one of the chatting group.
It’s really sad, idea was to talk about new ideas, share new things happning in HR Markit inteligence … not keep forwarding forward messages…
Request you to keep it strically as learning platform and not as any thing else.

Ø Partner with business heads to understand their needs and provide appropriate HR services.
Ø Design and implement Succession planning for key roles
