SRIIOM is starting the 36th batch of HR Gurukul – A Post MBA Certification Programme in Advanced Human Capital Management & O.D. from 12th September, 2015.
The HR Gurukul in the last 10 years has transformed the lives of more than 700 professionals. All our earlier students have got great jobs or have got promoted within their respective companies.
Workshops will be held as a full day workshop on 2nd Saturday of every month for 12 months at SRIIOM Training Centre near Kurla station.
The HR Gurukul is a highly practical programme to develop skills and competence in all areas of HR & O.D.
We recommend self-nominated persons for good jobs if they need our help.
The methodology we practice is as follows :-
Fist Step: We teach the subject using a workshop method using Case-studies, films, Role Plays etc.
Second Step :Then we ask the participant to conduct a practical exercise in the place of work. For Eg: If we taught Competency Profiling, we ask the participant to conduct a Competency Profiling exercise within the company.
Third Step :Questions naturally arise in the minds of the participant. We clarify the queries with a lot of examples through a tutorial ,so that the participant totally internalizes the concept.
Fourth Step: The participant has to research more and submit a powerpoint presentation on the subject.
Fifth Step: The power-point presentation and the thoroughness with which it was implemented is evaluated and grade points are given.
The course fee is Rs. 6,000/- per month.
