We have a team of IT professionals who need to support clients at odd hours of timing and they are required during the night , so can anyone of you help me with details like what facilities and how much of amount is being given as night shift allowance , the trend being followed as per industry norms.
 
I shall be grateful if a quick response is shared as I need to close on this today and get sanctions for my APAC office.

You may check with N M medical centre or Wockhardt hospital I think they charge around 1500/- Rs for the tests,

Localised reputed labs are preferrable.If it is case of Mumbai - N.M Medical centre is good.But if Pan India - Thyrocare And in north especially  Dr Lal Path Labs are good.

If recuritments are centralised then go for N.M.in Mumbai.

Depending on your budget and types of test you, we can suggest you...
 
Normal test which are undertaken-X Ray Chest/Eye Test/Blood test CBC/ECG..etc
 
One of the public bank, preferred hospital is Hiranandani, Powai in Mumbai.Other option are, Wockheart- Mulund, Jupiter-Thane, Bombay Hospital, Jaslok Hospital
 
.or tie up with a small time labs/Good ones..like NM Medical centre Bandra/Mulund..which has different branches in Mumbai
 
You ca get exact details of the hospital from an insurance agent dealing with Health Insurance..
 
Anyway I will check up with somebody and tell you in details on the types of test and any other info......

We are driving referral actively but due to some reason we are not able to get the numbers out of any drives.

Any thing that  worked for you. Please share your ideas.

Hi Meenakshi,

Since i am working for IT organisation,earlier,we did have referrals as a part of one of parameter in performance scorecard of employee.
This parameter was one of the key points of employees contribution or participation at organisation level for company.

so it could be one of the parameters ,other parameters could be other activities that take place in your company.

You could keep 2 or 3 referal contribution per year.(depends on employee strength)


Other ideas would be to design a standard ad mailer ....Give a new and catchy title..

Every time you have any opportunity/Vacancy, type in the same the details of your requirement and circulate to your all employees.

Let me know if this is implemented in your company.

 We have a specific mail box from which wee keep sending mails to our employees for all the openings. As we are a BPO we hire every month in bulk.

 We also send out creative mailers as well every day. We also send out teasers.

 It’s not about the awareness its about what they really want and what will make them refer people.

RULES for referral

The employee will receive the reward only if:

1. The candidates referred by him/her is selected for the post advertised

2. Both the employee and the referred candidate are on the rolls of company three months after the date of joining of the referred candidate, as the reward payment is made after duration of three months.

3. Candidate referred should not have either applied to or been referred to HR in the past six months directly or through any employee/ agency etc.

4. Selection of the ex-employees who have resigned in the past 18 months will not attract any monetary reward.

5. In case the same resume is received from different sources, date and time of the receipt of the resume will be considered, and the person who has sent the resume first will be considered for the reward.

6. The reward amount is taxable as per the provision of Income Tax act.

7. Buddy Referral Form' will have to be filled and submitted by the employees in order to become eligible for the reward.

8. The employee would be eligible for the reward only if their referred candidates mention the employee's name as reference in their application form.

9 The management reserves the right to alter, amend and/or withdraw this scheme at any time.

10. Employees are requested to send the filled Buddy Referral Form as an attachment along with the Resume.

 

Rs. less than 10-20 K (u can decide on the amount)/- per candidate recruited in Jr. Level

Rs. 20-30 K/- per candidate recruited in Sr. Engg/Lead

Rs. 30 K/- per candidate recruited in middle mgmt
