 Dear colleagues,

Professor Rahul Bhui (mitmgmtfaculty.mit.edu/rbhui) and Professor Abdullah
Almaatouq (amaatouq.io) are seeking a *full-time Predoctoral Research
Assistant* at the MIT Sloan School of Management, to investigate decision
making using tools from computational cognitive and social science. The
position duration is *one or two years, beginning in the spring, summer, or
fall of 2023*.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in behavioral
and cognitive science, who is seeking academic research experience prior to
entering a PhD program in psychology, economics, marketing, information
systems, data science, etc.

This position is part of the PREDOC initiative (www.predoc.org), which aims
to foster a talented, diverse, and inclusive population in the quantitative
social sciences, with a long-term goal of increasing diversity among
faculty in business schools and economics departments. Priority will be
given to applications from students whose background or identity is
underrepresented in academia, in particular from underrepresented racial
and ethnic minority students (for MIT’s definition, see

employment-based visa is not sponsored, OPT is accepted.
