We will discuss recent scientific work on narrative as well as experimental designs Rahul, Abdullah, and I are considering. Tools we can use include a text morphing pipeline (pw mightymorphinpaperwriters), Integrative Experiment Design, and Empirica. Narrative can be about communicating the causal structure of the world without direct experience, entertainment, or imagining worlds that may come to pass. What can we learn about stories and what they do?
This will be an interactive, discussion-oriented meeting.
