I have one comment / suggestion, with regard to the website verbalearn.com. I’m pretty sure their technique uses your exact method. I see that you’re interested in getting this technique patented (which, by the nature of your work and personal advertising during your videos, I’d rather see this patent in your hands, and keep it free / at minimal cost) and they may be looking to do the exact same thing.
