I apologize if this is asked all the time, I looked through the last
few pages and didn't see anything about it.
I'm just now learning the alphabet and I'm only to the Sibilant part.
Further, the only language other than English that I know anything
about (excluding my new letters) is Spanish, which I am incapable of
speaking only writing though even that is poor. This is my first
language then that I am trying to slow sounds down and such then.
So, my question is what is the difference between и and E?

Hello,
The И sound is more like a short English e. However, the E is
pronounce more like ye (or ie in Spanish), the "ye" is like in
"yesterday its also a little bit longer.
