Phones for projects

Hi All

Following is a list of people who currently have phones. If you need a
phone for your project- contact the people below and arrange a hand
off between you and them. A few things to note:

1. ONLY 1 PHONE per PROJECT, unless you get special permission (and
that will be for 1 day only each time).
2. CC: me on ALL mails between you and the people you are contacting
to get a phone from.
3. When you get a phone- email me with the fact the you now have the
phone (and which phone it is). It then becomes your responsibility.
