Presentations Tomorrow

Hi All

Tomorrow at 1600 we will start the presentation in Ross 201. We have the room from 1500, but I think you can go there earlier.

Some important points to remember (some of these I have told you but I say them again):

1. Your presentations are to be a MAXIMUM of 10 minutes. That should include 2 minutes intro, 7 minutes demo and 1 minute wrap up and summary. We will then have 5 minutes for QA. Total of 15 minutes. Please make sure to not go over this- if you do you will be hurting other teams who will have to wait for you. 
2. Please be READY to present at 1600 sharp. This means that you have been to the room, checked internet connectivity and that everything works including server access etc. You DO NOT want to have everything not work for your presentation! This means that you should plan for the worst case in which nothing works and you will simply show some PPT slides of a video. 
3. You will be given a deadline (after the Haggim) to hand in your project package. I will send out a separate email on this but it will include:
1. Project Presentation (PPT, Video (if exists))
2. Project documentation (the project documents you created earlier in the semester, including research, architecture etc)
3. The Project files (open android project + package apk file) + Instructions for use.
4. The URL of your google project site.
