Graphics H610 Pen Issue

Hello,

I recently purchased one of your fine products a month or so ago, and everything I used it for was perfect.

Up until today.

Today, upon attempting to use the Tablet once again, the pen suddenly didn't work.

I changed the battery, thinking that was the issue. Nothing.

I'll press it on the Tablet and the Green Light will flash signalling that it is being used, yet it doesn't respond on screen. (As in, the mouse does not move.)

I trust there is some form of method I can use to fix it?

It might be a defective pen, please feel free to contact ser...@huiontablet.com and provide all the necessary information, such as Order ID, proof of defectiveness.

The Order ID may have an issue (My buddy got it for my birthday) But I can prove the defectivity
