No Pressure Sensitivity In Manga Studio 5? Come On In~

You may try with the following method;

In Manga Studio 5,  File > Preferences > Tablet > Tablet Service to use >  (selected) Wintab.

 And in Coordinate Mode checked "Use Mouse Mode With Setting Of  Tablet Driver(Z)." 

This has been tested executable fixing the sensitivity problem.

Ohhhhhhhh my God it works! Thank you so much! I've been annoyed with another problem where the "Operation Area on Tablet" was making it hard to select things on the canvas while drawing and ultimately not synchronizing/calibrating the tablet input to the same place as the mouse, so using the tablet to move the sliders or selecting the "selection options" to do things such as cropping or inverting selection or expanding the selected area, etc. was near impossible because it would register both the mouse and the improperly placed tablet pointer on the window because they were out of sync.

This worked once for me, but then its like my computer or windows 10..who knows..has adapted to the fix and found a way to make my pen pressure disappear again.

I have tried so many different things and now nothing works. I give up

In some instances it works that way. Sometimes the devices behave erratically. My device worked after checking tablet pc. It all depends.
