Hi All,

Let's meet next Wednesday at the same place as last time: Kingston
Taphouse and Grille, downtown on 755 Richards Street, halfway between
Georgia and Robson. We'll be in the downstairs Rec. room. I'll bring
the colourful SOE book to flag the table.

MAP:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=755+richards+street+vancouver,+bc&sll=49.245845,-123.117943&sspn=0.082927,0.109348&ie=UTF8&cid=146628483964289144&ll=49.2834,-123.120604&spn=0.020716,0.043688&z=15

We'll start the meeting with everyone simply introducing themselves
with their name and sharing their current area(s) of interest in
Haskell. Optionally, you can tell a little about how you're using
Haskell, if you've got a project that you're working on.

The topic for this meeting is Parsec, the Haskell monadic parser
combinator library that can handle context-dependent, infinite-
lookahead grammars. We'll try to cover some interesting things that
you can do with this.

Cheers,
Jon

I was sick and couldn't come... How did the meeting go? Did anyone achieve Enlightenment?

We went over a little of the Parsec Users Guide.

http://legacy.cs.uu.nl/daan/download/parsec/parsec.html

Roman Gonzales showed us an interesting site, http://www.spoj.pl/ ,
for submitting soultions in various languages (Haskell included) to an
archive of programming problems.
