bootstrap cdn hugo themes

hello

I have been working with the hyde-x theme in hugo for a website i have deployed to Heroku.  Heroku does not support the glyphicons contained in the hyde-x theme unless they are linked to a CDN instead of having the icons in the repo.

I was wondering if there are any hugo themes that use the bootstrap CDN or something similar that i can use as an example if I need to create a hugo doing this myself.
