Panotools wiki cleanup

Hello,

I've neglected the panotools wiki for far too long. Yesterday I went
through some random pages and was astonished how much are out of date.
Many of those are of mere historical interest, so not actually update-able.

Because of this historical interest I wouldn't like to delete them, but
instead move them to a different namespace ('Historical'). This way they
would be still reachable, a redirect would be in place so even the old
URLs would still work, but they wouldn't clutter the ToCs etc, in the
main namespace any more.

I thought of all the GSoC articles and all articles about the panotools
photoshop plugins (which don't work any more) or other non-functional
software.

What do you think?

I have no objection. With the proposal the pages are all still available, but the main pages will hopefully become more clearly.

Ok, I've gone through all wiki pages, except those prefixed with Hugin
(where the hugin community should take care of) and SoC or GSoC (which
I'll move all to Historical.)

I've also marked several pages as outdated or incomplete. Anyone is
welcome to fix those. You can find them via Categories:

The central list of pages where there are links to, but that don't exist

I went through this list and created some glossary pages and some
redirects for titles that where already there in one or the other form.
There are still some which should be created by someone who knows
something about. F.e. Lensfun or Hugin About Window.

I'd be happy others would do some maintenance work on the wiki as well...
