Hugin not saving working files Mac 12.7.6

Hello,

I might be a luddite, running Hugin 2019 on a 2016 MacBook Pro on 12.7.6.  I'm getting a consistent error: after creating a project, and Hugin saying it's saving multiple files, it can't find any because it seem it actually isn't creating any.  I've given full drive read/write to all 3 Hugin apps.  Any other solutions?  These are the bottom lines from a recent build, I can't find any "PanoramaXXXX.tif" file anywhere for any of the 89 files.

I wasn’t able to download the 2021 versions on my Mac using either Safari or Chrome … low and behold works just fine on my iPhone.  Hugin 2021 installed and writing files and chugging along smartly.  Fingers crossed, double crossed, triple crossed.  Thank you for reposting the .dmg download links!
