Looking for mosaic stitching software that can operate in and produce 32 bit images

Hello all. I am looking for mosaic stitching software that can operate in 32 bits, specifically reading and writing 32 bit FITS files, with internal processing entirely carried out in 32 bits (it doesn't help to read and write 32 bits if the data is internally clipped to 16 bits somewhere). Can someone point me to software that is capable of this?
