OSX - hugin svn2797_20080207 for download

Hello Mac users,

Hugin 0.7 SVN 2797 is ready for download. Most mentioned bugs (mails about 2733) were not solved yet, but this bundle is compiled with/against exiv2 (thanks Ippei).

- enblend/enfuse updated to CVS 2008-Feb-07 15:30 CET

-  exiv2 now compiled into bundle. Exiv2 is now used by all "exiv2 enabled" binaries. Binaries are dynamically linked against exiv2 (different from Ippei's Xcode project).

- Hacked PanoramaMakefileExport.cpp to "pre" svn 2782 state to re-enable Ippei's hack to be able to use exiftool.

Hello all,

Slightly off-topic...I am away from my Mac for four weeks,
so there is little chance that I shall contribute to testing.
I was asked to send some pto file, sorry, won't happen soon.

Anyone around in Oregon in the next two weeks?
And I am looking forward to taking photos for panoramas
when the chance arises. There is some travelling ahead.

Keep up the good work in the meantime.
