Hello,

I'm stitching chip images from microscope and sometimes tile is missing after photometric correction (says warning: unable to run Deijkstra optimizer)

   Hi Andrei,

I suspect there is a great amount of image superposition (overlap) there where the tile is missing, is that the case?
When I dealt with those problems in the past I used masks to reduce the overlap between images, that helped. Others advice to change the order of the images, this can help too.

BUT perhaps a better way is to use enblend with the parameter  --primary-seam-generator=nearest-feature-transform and you could also try --pre-assemble.

   Did this help?
