Seems to freeze in the batch GUI process

I've been attempting to stitch images, but it seems to take forever (I once left it running overnight). Here's what I see: https://www.evernote.com/l/AAQm_p-JpeJJN7FD2oILJsdgS9xz1shRKx8. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. What would you need to figure out?

Details:

- Hugin version 2016.2.0.be8da0221960

- MacOS 10.12.2

Never seen before. Cancel the processing or kill PTBatcherGUI. Then try it again (also clear the batch queue before the next try). If it freezes again please provide the pto file.

Thanks T Modes. I cleared it and it worked this time. I also opened PTBatcherGUI via ctrl+click > open to make OSX trust it. Not sure if that had to do with it working this time as well.

I've been able to get it work reliably by starting off with Hugin and PTBatcherGUI closed. Then, I open them both separately, and go to Hugin and do steps 1 (load images), 2 (align), and 3 (create pano). When I let Hugin launch PTBatcherGUI, it gets stuck like before.

So it happens even after you "trusted" PTBatcherGUI?

Could you please this:

1. Start Terminal, 
2. If you copied Hugin to /Applications, copy this into the window: /Applications/Hugin/Hugin.app/Contents/MacOS/Hugin
   Otherwise: 
1. Drag Hugin.app onto the terminal window
2. Remove the whitespace after Hugin.app  .Now copy the following and paste it directly into terminal /Contents/MacOS/Hugin
3. Pressing enter will execute Hugin from the Terminal.
4. Try to reproduce the problem. Hugin might print out some errors/warnings. Please post them here or if there are many, attach a file containing them.

(Unfortunately I can't reproduce it myself; it works fine on my side, with the original apps as well as after downloading them from sourceforge.)

Maybe Thomas knows a better way to diagnose the problem?

Yes, that's right.

I followed your instructions and launched it from the terminal, but it behaves the same. Is there a more detailed log somewhere I can show you?
