to hugin and other free panoramic software

I have following lens data from lensfun DB (also attached as an XML file)

<lens>
<maker>Samyang</maker>
<model>Samyang 12mm f/2.8 Fish-Eye ED AS NCS</model>
<model lang="de">Samyang 12mm f/2.8 Fischauge ED AS NCS</model>
<mount>Nikon F AI</mount>
<mount>Canon EF</mount>
<mount>Sony E</mount>
<type>stereographic</type>
<cropfactor>1</cropfactor>
<calibration>
<!-- Taken with D800 -->
<distortion model="ptlens" focal="12" a="-0.000331804" b="-0.00911417" c="-0.044237"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="2.8" distance="10" k1="-0.90717" k2="0.58477" k3="-0.2198"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="2.8" distance="1000" k1="-0.90717" k2="0.58477" k3="-0.2198"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="4" distance="10" k1="-0.17101" k2="-0.54574" k3="0.3056"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="4" distance="1000" k1="-0.17101" k2="-0.54574" k3="0.3056"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="5.6" distance="10" k1="-0.1978" k2="-0.03729" k3="-0.11743"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="5.6" distance="1000" k1="-0.1978" k2="-0.03729" k3="-0.11743"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="8" distance="10" k1="-0.18295" k2="-0.09272" k3="0.03547"/>
<vignetting model="pa" focal="12" aperture="8" distance="1000" k1="-0.18295" k2="-0.09272" k3="0.03547"/>
</calibration>
</lens>

Is there some way to convert this to values used by Hugin? I tried to check the Hugin & Lensfun docs and Google but could not find anything useful. Also, I don't have access to the lens in question so can't do any calibration.

Thanks for any help!
