help on aligning panos from drone

I'd like align multiple drone panorama shots.  I find good results when using custom optimization: including yaw, pitch, roll, X, Y and Z as parameters.  However a large portion of the 2nd picture is cropped.  If I remove some of the optimization parameters, the full picture is retained but alignment gets quite loose.  Any advice?

Hello, I am confident there are probably better ways to do this, but here is my solution to the same issue - pano stitching from my drone photos. 


This still has some issues, it does not like snowy photos with a lack of features and sometimes chokes on photos with lots of water for the same reason and the sky is a giant black hole, but overall it produces decent panos.  https://goo.gl/maps/JY4Mej7hcpNaamZS6

There the information from drone were used to produce a pano including the feature-less images.
