HI,
I know the order of the images my drone makes for 21 images... and Hugin is just not working well for them sometimes.  Is there a way to get hugin to allow me to shuffle the images to place them in the correct order.
for example according to copilot the order for this one project is:
Top Row:     12   7   6   2  13  18  19
Middle Row:  11   8   5   1  14  17  20
Bottom Row:  10   9   4   3  15  16  21

I feel that if I could show the correct order, the ap would have an easier time stitching.

that's a very strange shooting pattern.
You can drag the images into a single snake: 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 1 2 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21
But it is some work to do.
Otherwise you can use a template with pto_template or pto_var with cpfind --prealigned option

Otherwise there a several threads on this workflow on the mailing list.

But maybe the simplest way would be to change to simpler shooting pattern like a single snake.
