Hi Everybody,

I'm reading about the new changes in enblend-enfuse 4.0. and I have a
few questions.

" 42 - An improved wrap-around option, formerly only "-w", now "-
wMODE" and
43 "--wrap=MODE", lets the user determine whether to create a
360
44 degrees horizontal or vertical panorama. It is possible to
wrap
45 around vertically and horizontally at the same time.
"

does this mean that the "nipple at the zenith" can be avoided now?
"wrap vertically" does not necessarily mean this, i'm guessing.

Otherwise the changes appear to be mainly for more convenience
(changing bit depth) and lots of bug fixes. (I'm not belittling the
developers of enblend in anyway, I know how important such
improvements are!)

Correct me if i'm wrong, there are no improvements in the quality of
the exposure fusion?

With enblend, the only improvement is some seam optimization bug
correction - no other major improvement, right?

thanks in advance for any clarification someone can provide.
Jeffrey

IIRC there are no (or only little) changes to enfuse.

IMHO the improvements in enblend 4.0 are quite major, but they are on
technical side so they are not very visible. The most visible part is
support for OpenMP and speedups altogeher.
