After years of not creating any panoramas with Hugin, I decided to start making panorama again. I have encountered a minor problem that I do not recall from my earlier experiences.  I am using Hugin to make relatively simple 180-degree horizontal panoramas.

When I “Load images”, “Align”, and “Create panorama”, I end up with a fully cropped image, i.e., all of the black spaces are cropped out. Normally this is not a problem, but occasionally, I’d like to see what may have been lost in the auto-crop process, is there a way to view/save the completed panorama prior to it being “auto-cropped”?

Thank you,

Stan

Before pressing "Create panorama" switch to the crop tab and adjust the crop to your wishes by dragging the border lines with the mouse (or enter the numbers in the text boxes). Then go back to the assistant tab and press "create panorama".
