Hi;

I am quite new to Hugin. I cant able to get the JPEG file after I did the stitching. Every time I only can save as .Pto file. So how can I save it as JPEG format, Thank.

This the way I did

Under Assist Tab:

1) Load the Image then
2) The Align then
3) Create the panorama.

I still cant save it as JPEG even I change the panorama output: JPEG (under Stitcher Tab).

You must go to the "Sticther" tab, change the output format (Hugin defaults to TIFF) and press the "Stitch!" button.

As already noted: on the Stitcher tab you will find a "Stirtch now!"
button which starts the actual process described in the (.pto) project file.

A .pto file stores the description of your individual panorama project.
It's basically a simple text file that Hugin can read and write, also
other tools can use it, so complex workflows use a .pto file to exchange
(meta) information about a (group of) image(s) and what to do with it.

Hugin is a User Interface (UI) to edit such a file, before one needed to
edit the text file directly and use the different tools (aka PanoTools)
like optimizer and stitcher do the actual work. Hugin aims to combine
all of that in one friendly interface and guide you through the process
with the help of an assistant.

You can also have a look at a .pto file using a simple text editor, so
you can get a better idea what is stored in such a file. A basic
description is here: http://photocreations.ca/panotools/stitch.txt

The Panotools wiki has a lot more information, one of these pages may be
a good starting point for you:
