New fb page for hugin

As Google plus service will be shutdown with the Hugin official page,
I've created a official facebook page for Hugin (I can't find an
existing one).

If someone wants to contribute on maintaing it, please drop a line so I
can add you as admin. It would be a good thing if at least one of the
Hugin devs could be added as admin.
