Dear Sir

Drawing your kind attention to the telephonic talk that we had regarding the reorganizing of the progress as per TBL format as suggested  we have put in some more information

The below changes that are common to  both the Chittoor & Anatapur  District

a) The numbers of staff members trained form each BLT if they have under gone any capacity building programme -  i have mentioned individuals who have under gone the CB

c) Included the team meeting that are regularly take place at BLT level - 1 meeting every  month mainly to review the progress -  where HUF as project comes under review.

Similarly we have put if some more information under Regional office :

Meeting are organised at Regional office on monthly basis but some times with break

The regional office also conducts review meeting -  4 meeting have taken place -  2 exclusively on HUF & 2 where other project progress has also being reviewed.

All  other progress stands as it is with minor modifications.

For your kind information they have been updated as per your kind suggestions.
