Dear all,

It was disturbing to see the status of the HUVF Data entry status across teams. Despite several requests, discussions,and filling up the TBLs each month, we haven't been able to attend to the basic requirements. Please see the status hared by Dhameliya below:

1. Workplan entry of HUVF still pending in : Gogunda, Jhadol, Mandalgarh, Karera and Thambalapalle.

2. Financial voucher entry for HUVF not initiated in Gogunda, Jhadol, Erav, Jakham, Mandalgarh, Karera (Mandal), Thambalapalle and NP kunta. (Please check if Thettu and Rekkamanu are entered)

3. Leverage entry under NREGA for HUVF: Not done all BLTs except NP kunta (Jun-13)

I would request all of you to complete the workplan and budget entry by 12th evening. Also identify all the relevant expenses made during the period 1st April 2013 till date and transfer them to the HUF project by the same date.

Please get back to us in case of any doubts (Dhameliya for the Budget Workplan, SS Agarwal for accounting related and Regional Offices/Brajesh/me related to any project related doubts)

We await your confirmation on each of the above points as soon as the same is complete.
