Dear All,

As you are aware that in the coming week Mr. Sambhaji P, HUF representative will be visiting the Head Office for the review of the progress of the project. In this regard we would request you to include the following information in the remarks column for the TBL for the month of August 2013. The following information is required for the villages selected during year one of the project.

Apart from the other progress, please include the following:

1. No. of villages wherein census survey and/or habitation survey has been completed and is ongoing. (The surveys undertaken a year prior to the initiation of the project may also be considered)

2. No. of villages wherein NREGA planning has been completed and submitted for approval.

3. No. of villages wherein NREGA planning is ongoing.

4. No. of villages wherein bye-laws process has been completed or ongoing.

5. No. of training programmes conducted along with subject areas.

6. No. of water bodies brought under community governance.

7. Total area of common lands protected by community.

We request the Regional Cells and Area coordinators to take due interest in the same and assist the team members in entering the progress appropriately.
