After mind blowing performance in Carpe it's time to start preparing for our beloved PGP2's farewell. We are planning it somewhere mid of next week after final placements. Please share your ideas here. Let's make it memorable one for them.

Going out is one part of farewell.. we have to think about what souvenir . I am thinking of replica of cube we created at the time of Intag, with different pictures on sides. Pallavi was saying something about roses made of cloth. Let me know what you guys think about these ideas.

It wont be expensive and would be a personal gesture.

Vijit, we don't need to get the cubes printed. We get the pictures printed and then cut & paste them.

With PGP2s end term exams starting from Monday, we are left with Friday for farewell. 

Final ideas for farewell:- Cubes with pics, Tshirt, n party 

It will cost us around 1600 per head. Please give money before Thursday EOD to Anshuman, me or Divya.

Money needs to be collected before thursday eod and treat this as very urgent.

Hi all ,

The following ideas needs to be implemented. The work has been assigned as below:

Sneha- Come up with the invitation content by EOD today.(Invitations have to be ready by tonight)

Sanchita- Share an excel sheet with pgp2's name and assign 1 individual to each to come up with minimum 2 quotes(explain in brief in the mail what exactly needs to be done). Deadline for which will be Thursday evening.

Dibakar- Shop for 12 tees and flower which are to be put up with invitation scroll as discussed

Divya & Rashmi-  Take care of the cube structure. If possible, try to get the entire cube lot made tomorrow itself.

Saurav- Plush and other pub details by EOD today (offers, price(drinks+food) with 40 people, discounts, etc )
