[Publicity Guidelines]: Please 'like' the FB post on 49/19 for Tee-glaze

Let's also have a publicity guideline henceforth. Most of the time this is discussed in the StudC meetings and clubs are blamed for carrying out unorganized publicity.

Jayant, add anything missing over here.

President:

1) First formal post should always be a notice on BB from the Club id.

2) Post the primary publicity material on the official Club page.

Organizers:

3) If you have only one publicity material to be shared then have only 1 post per forum.

4) All members should keep the posts engaged through likes and comments.

- All forums should have a fresh post enclosing the poster/teaser. Sharing link from other groups and profiles is a put-off.

I will have someone to take this.We will have a single person incharge of inventory and he will have the updated list of the materials and the quantity, a kind of check list. This will be updated online too so that before planning any event requirements we can have a look at the inventory on hand. Also it will be updated after each event and updated online too.

Those who have left out inventory (paints/colours/brushes/sprays/..) should reach back to me. We are procuring materials for Tee-Glaze tomorrow.

I think we should manage our resources and make a pool so that we can have a single source for reusing existing materials for all events unlike purchasing and then loosing the track after the events.

You can take up this initiative and assign someone to take charge of our inventory.
