Yes, NYS released the approved funding and now the update of NYPAD is officially underway as of June 1. Hurray!
Nick Conrad <nick....@dec.ny.gov> at the NY Natural Heritage Program is leading this effort, and they hope to start adding in new data and to put out a beta version of the update pretty soon, and to then use that beta version to both show progress and to elicit further participation and contribution from land trusts and localities. So I’m sure Nick would love to hear from you.
