wheni instal the latest version of icue 5 on my new laptop that is running windows 11, it causes windows explorer to fail to start and can only be fixed by wiping the laptop through boot screen troubleshooting. also from looking at the forums this is not a recent issue and has being going on for some time, but the only thing that confuses me is that, this does not occur on windows 10 this may just be a issue with windows 11 it's self and is problem that microsoft is responsible for
