We Need Women

Being of a feminist persuasion, I find it disappointing that we don't have any women in the group (besides Bea, but she is somewhat occupied). I was wondering how we could fix that, and I was wondering if any of us know any women/girls who are into technology?

Maybe a course on repairing a cell phone(cracked screen)? Seems gender neutral enough to incite interest.
