郑顾团董事，黄莺董事号召全体董事会自愿辞职
We, Gutuan Zheng and Sue Huang, are school members of HXNY. We have 20
years of combined services to our school as teacher, class parents,
administrators, and board members.

We are heart broken to watch what has happened to our beloved school
during the past month. It is our firm belief that the Board as it
exists can no longer function effectively for the Huaxia community.

We are calling on the entire board to voluntarily resign to give the
school a chance of a new beginning.
A new board per bylaw 6.01.3 can form a committee to revise bylaw,
appoint interim principal/PTA Chair, facilitate new school year
registration, and organize a fair election after new school year
starts. We believe that this would be the best outcome for the school.

If the rest of the 5 Board members do not accept our call for a group
resignation, we understand that they face a voting procedure by the
parents for their removal from the Board.

We hearby declare, if the parents are successful in removing these 5
Board members this Sunday, we would still voluntarily resign from the
Board.

We whole heartedly believe that giving our school a fresh start is the
right thing to do.
