Introduction to supervised self-learning classes. 老师辅导的自修课
很多学生在家做作业有困难，我们提供老师辅导的自修课，自己做作业，有问题问老师。对有些难点，老师可作进一步的讲解。这样一可减轻家长的辅导负担，二可提高学生做作业的兴趣，你做我做，大家一起做。当然这堂课也不一定局限于做作业，老师可根据学生的兴趣组织一些活动，比方说猜字谜，讲故事，分角色演绎课文，等等。
When many students have difficulty doing homework at home, we open this class for all grades of students. We encourage those students cannot get help at home or would rather get help from teachers to take this class. The teachers will be in the classroom to help the students on a one-to-one base. Of course, the teachers will do some other fun activities.
Introduction to parents-supported lectures. 家长给学生们的讲座
我们要邀请家长们给我们的学生办讲座，主题不限，只要健康，学生感兴趣。这是为了给学生们提供一个单面交流的中文环境。家长们可先提出主题，我们让孩子们提意见，有足够的学生愿意听，我们就可以开讲。我们需要二十到三十个家长来办这个讲座。
We invite parents to give lectures to the students to inspire them to learn Chinese and also provide an environment for them to learn Chinese. Your children will be very proud of you. And you also get an opportunity to sharpen your own presentation skills.
Introduction to presentation and debate class. 演讲和辩论课
演讲，是一种展示自己或自己作品的艺术。练习演讲对提高学生的表达能力，调研能力，组织题材，等等大有帮助。很多学生面对听众讲话有恐惧感，开这门课主要就是训练学生如何自如地面对听众，有条不紊地表达自己的观点。
辩论，能培养学生的语言组织能力，敏捷的思路。扩充文化知识面。也令学生学会听不同的意见，不断完善自己的观点。这也是这是培养leadership的大好机会。可以中英文混合。一种偏见就是，中国人不善于表达，害羞，等等。这里有一些是事实，所以我们要给我们的下一代机会去练习。谁都是练出来的，没有天生的。担能力是有差别的。所以中国人说笨鸟先飞。
这门课给学生提供了一个大好机会去磨练他们的领袖才能。小班授课。
Presentation skill is a piece of art to show yourself or your work to others. It’s a very important leadership skill. It will help the students on how to express themselves and their opinions, how to do research, and how to put everything together to support their points. Many students have some kind of fears to speak in a public environment. We can help them to overcome their fears and become great leaders in the future.
Debate is another aspect of leadership. The class tries to sharpen the students’ skills on how to organize their thoughts, how to make their points understood, and how to think fast and follow their rivals’ thoughts to defeat them. This is an important characteristic of leadership. There is a stereo-type that Chinese are shy and not good at exposing their opinions. There are some facts here. But we can do something to correct these bad images. We can provide opportunities for our next generations to practice this kind of skills. There is no one who can do this nicely from born. Everyone needs practice. The more practice, the better. The class will be small.

画个小花脸，穿上小戏服，甩个小水袖，再唱上一小段，有小朋友感兴趣的吗？我们曾经是专业中国戏剧演员的老师正等待着你。
Math Clubs 数学俱乐部
我们有三个数学俱乐部，高中，初中，小学。兴趣第一，我们把喜欢数学的学生聚集在一起，大家一起提高。
高中俱乐部请的是两位精通数学的博士，孙博士和鲁博士。他们都是美国名校数学系毕业，从事很深的数学应用工作。他们自己是奥林匹亚数学竞赛的佼佼者或把自己的孩子们培养成了奥林匹亚数学竞赛的佼佼者。名师出高徒，希望我们学校早日培养出来登峰造极的学生。
初中俱乐部请的也是四位精通数学的高级人才。他们注重培养学生的兴趣，数学思维方式，快速敏捷地解答问题。
小学俱乐部请的请的是数学好的高中生。他们更注重学生的兴趣，抢答问题，快速思维，应用题解答，等等。
We have three math clubs, high school level, middle school level and elementary school level. All are welcome. There is no stress, it’s fun to learn math.
我们欢迎毕业生回来参加这届leadership的课。它会帮你继续提高中文，更重要的是leadership。
