Grant Application Deadlines & Forms
First, Josh and I apologize for the late announcement considering we informed student organizations to expect an August 31st application deadline. We stated that the failed constitutional amendment from the Spring elections mandated an August 31st
grant application deadline. However, the HUA Executive Team has decided to refer to "request" as a registration form for grants.
The HUA Finance Team has released the grant funding registration form for Fall 2023 grant cycles. Please fill out the registration form by
August 31st:

Note that this is not grant application form.
The deadline for Fall 2023 Semesterly and September Monthly grant applications is September 19th at 11:59pm EST. The application form will be released on the HUA website on September 1st or earlier. You may start filling out the grant application supplement as of now. Resources are provided in the HUA Finance Guidelines.
2023-2024 HUA Finance Guidelines
The HUA Finance Team has released the new edition of the HUA Finance Guidelines. We took the liberty of expanding sections and revising allocation policies to use it as the primary source of grant information including disbursement and receipt compliance information.
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRETY OF THE HUA FINANCE GUIDELINES. Student organizations are responsible for having read all policies and information. The document contains everything you need to
start filling out the Grant Application Supplement right now. Please note that the HUA Executive Team is yet to vote to approve the guidelines, but we have reached a provisional approval from the DSO and HUA Co-Presidents.
Receipt Compliance
Per the HUA Constitution, all student organizations must submit receipts in order to be eligible for future grant funding. Please visit the
[22-23] Receipt Compliance document to see your student organization's receipt compliance if your student organization received HUA grant funding. For compliance reconciliation, please consult the HUA Finance Guidelines. We will be sending our final reminder emails for receipt submissions soon.
Audits
The HUA Finance Team performs audits on the submitted grant receipts by student organizations. If you were selected for auditing from last year's grants, you will receive an official email from the HUA Co-Treasurers regarding the status of your audit soon.
