Overlapping routes improve accessibility to airport Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation's Bangalore International Airport Special (BIAS), Vayu Vajra, though operated from nine destinations, has eight route points across the city which are connected with more than one dedicated route. BMTC, in a release, said overlapping of these routes improves availability and frequency of services from such points. It urged passengers going to the airport and coming into the city from there to make use of this facility. The accompanying graphics shows the stop-wise and hour-wise frequency of the services at the designated stops.
