           Position: Siebel Business Analyst
           Location: Milwaukee, WI
           Duration: 6+ months
           Cost:  $50/hr.
           Following is the JD for Call Center (Customer Service) onsite BA
           Siebel 8.0 or 8.1 experiences will be added advantage.
            •    Should be able to translate the functional requirements into Siebel business processes and Siebel designs.
            •    Should be aware/posses quick understanding skills of OOB functionalities offered by Siebel
            •    Should be aware of the industry practices on Billable SR process in service processes i.e. Debrief billable activities, Invoice generation in Siebel and Invoice to               Customer.
