Was there a cleanup of pypi recently that caused httplib2 0.6.0 to be
removed there?
It's still on the google downloads page so it's possible something
else changed that causes setuptools not to find it anymore.
Anyway, if there was a deliberate pypi cleanup of older versions, a -1
from me to that; they break working builds.

Thanks, I'm glad to hear it's considered a problem by the maintainers too!
It seems counterintuitive to some that such a cleanup can lead to
problems, but I have the opinion old releases should remain available
- let's say it's part of the wider "API" of a project. :)
