Job Title : AWS Developer

Location : Washington, DC

Duration : 12+ months

 

 

•              Should be having at least 5-7 years of hands on experience in AWS

•              Should have good communication skills, analytical ability and problem-solving skills

•              Should be able to articulate the issues and propose viable solutions

•              Should be familiar with the ITSM concepts like Incident/Service/Change/Problem/Knowledge Managements

•              Should be a self-starter who can work independently

•              Be able to collaborate, develop and maintain excellent working relationships across all organization levels with both internal and external stakeholders,

•              Analysis of existing AWS Redshift data model. New schema/table design and creation

•              Must be able to work with Business Analyst and Technical Architect to define technical requirements

•              Must be able to fix the issues within the defined SLAs

•              Design and Develop scripts to save input files into AWS S3.

•              Create transformations in ETL jobs/AWS native components to achieve data cleansing and standardizations during initial data load

•              Work with databases, ETL tools (Informatica, AWS Glue) and SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.

•              Data warehousing including data integration in AWS Redshift for data objects.

•              Process data using AWS services (Glue, Data Pipeline, Step, Athena, Kinesis, Lambda) for provisioning in data stores (Aurora, S3, Glacier, AWS Redshift, Dynamo DB) to deliver analytics.

•              Work with source system architects/ SMEs to understand integration needs

•              Experience working with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, etc.) will be an added advantage

•              Provide support for integration testing, defect fixing and deployment

•              Provide support for training
