Can I change the editor that fiddler will open when clicking "View in
Note"?

It's supposed to say "View in notepad"... maybe you're running with
Large Fonts?

Anyway, yes, you can change this editor; it's question #1 in the FAQ
which you can find here: http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler/help/faq.asp

Hi,

It appears that the change described in the FAQ doesn't change what the "View in Notepad" button does, but does affect what the "..." button does.  Is that correct?

A ... button allows you to pick a program to use to examine whatever you're looking at.
A View In Notepad button allows you to examine whatever you're looking at with the configured text editor. By default, that's Notepad, but it can be adjusted using the TextEditor registry key and/or the Tools > Fiddler Options > Tools > TextEditor UI.
